It is a very cosy place... we spent one night in this nice decorated hotel. There is no AC inside the room, but we travel the weather temperature is good... in hot nights, maybe this is a weak point of this hotel. The location is very good. Hope you enjoy your stay in this hotel like us.

Due to personal reasons we had to shorten our stay here. Which became quite a problem. The staff helping us were slow and seems to didn’t know what they were doing. Finally, we paid and next day we checked out and to our surprise, another amount was still open. We did not feel understood and all-in all it felt really unprofessional. FYI: rooms are very dusty and not really clean. Keep that in mind while booking!

The whole hotel is extremely cosy and every room has a unique theme. It's a great location for a photoshoot. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choice and the staff is very friendly. However, the housekeeper accidentally left our room unlocked.

The room is no where near as nice as the photos show on google , were surprised by how different it was. The shower door slides to close but due to it having missing parts it almost fell on us twice while in use, after informing staff at check out they said they knew but repairmen cant find parts so "they know about it " yeah sorry but then it shouldn't be in use then if a pane of glass can fall on my head. They had a coffee machine for use in the room but no plug socket near to actually use it. The bed creaked the whole night at the slightest movement it was like being in a horror film. Plus the mattress didn't even fit the bed. Unfortunately forgot to have breakfast there but I should probably count myself lucky.

Stayed here for a work trip. Hotel is super central. Worringer Platz isn’t the nicest spot but I have never encountered any problems with the many denizens who hang around there. Room was huge, clean, quirky and comfortable. I think you’d call it boho with a twist, which isn’t for everyone. The balcony was huge (but leaky in the rain). The street facing rooms are a bit noisy but since I use plugs it was a non-issue, but be aware. Unusually it used standard keys (I prefer cards) and the elevator was accessible from the street without visiting reception, but I suspect it’s safe enough. Staff were friendly, breakfast was standard but good, and the bar etc downstairs is trendy and pleasant. I’d defo recommend it, no real complaints for my personal tastes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful across all parts of the hotel, from the lobby to the atmospheric cocktail bar (with great cocktails) and at the delicious breakfast. The interior in the building is warm and cosy. The rooms are kept neat and fresh At night, the neighborhood in which the hotel is located is not the safest neighborhood in Düsseldorf, but that's the only downside

Expensive room is without AC and no Breakfast. I got the cost roundabout 200€ per night. The only one is nice interior design. But is not help for my stomach. This place is really far to the class as Hotels.

The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. After making the booking, I have requested to stay at the Harry Potter room and I received a confirmation very fast. The room, as well as the Hotel, are super fun!!! The decoration is beautiful, the bar has boarding games, which made our stay even nicer.
